QUALITY

All processes and testing facilities are fully calibrated and certified traceable to national  standards.

 

Our Company has BS EN ISO9001/2000 and ISO/TS16949:2002 accreditation.

 

CQI-9 edition 2 assessment is ongoing.

 

We are working towards an Environmental Management System.

 

The company has a commitment to Total Quality  Management and that is supported by extensive laboratory  facilities staffed by trained metallurgists.

 

Inspection facilities include:-  

Hardness testing.

Tensile testing.

Torque and case depth measurement.

Metallurgical examination.

MPI crack detection.

Sectioned components showing pattern and case depth can be supplied with each batch on request.

Inspection Test Certificate/Certificate of Compliance is available on request.
